Hello...I plug the Autel MS609 into a usb port on my computer and the screen says 'Program Mode' see user manual. The manual says to hold down the left button and the power button until the MS609 enters the Update Mode.....but after 15 minutes of pressing these 2 buttons, the screen still says 'Program Mode' see user manual. If anyone can help me, I sure would appreciate it, before I send this scanner back. Thank for any help.
